Return & Refund Policy

At GlowCart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we curate smart lifestyle and fitness solutions, we ensure every product undergoes a quality check before shipping. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

1. 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts (not due to our error) will not be accepted.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items, innerwear, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at glowcartstore.help@gmail.com with your Order Number and a clear unboxing video/photo of the product.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (if available in your pin code).

  3. If reverse pickup is not available, you may be required to ship the product back to our warehouse.

4. Refunds (Prepaid & COD)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: Refunds for COD orders are issued via Bank Transfer or Store Credit. You will be asked to provide your bank details securely once the return is approved.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for us to process claims for transit damage. We will replace the item at no extra cost to you.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or before it has been shipped. Once the order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
