Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing GlowCart. We are committed to delivering your lifestyle and fitness essentials as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or National Holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Timelines

We ship to over 26,000+ pin codes across India. Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 Business Days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 Business Days

  • Rest of India: 7–9 Business Days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, strikes, or remote locations.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal COD handling fee may apply to cover the additional cost of cash handling by our courier partners. This will be visible at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and WhatsApp message containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or through our courier partner's portal.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

To ensure a smooth delivery experience and reduce fraudulent orders, all COD orders may undergo a verification process. You may receive a phone call or WhatsApp message to confirm your order. Unverified orders may be cancelled after 48 hours.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

GlowCart is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the packaging was tampered with before acceptance.

  • If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, do not accept the delivery.

  • Mandatory: Please record an unboxing video when you open your package. This is required to process any claims regarding missing items or transit damage.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address, including the landmark and pin code, is 100% correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
