This website is operated by GlowCart Store. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GlowCart Store. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (the age of majority in India). Use of our website is unavailable to persons who cannot form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify the order before processing. Unverified COD orders may be cancelled at our discretion.

4. Accuracy of Information

We strive for 100% accuracy in product descriptions and images. However, as per the Consumer Protection Rules 2020, if a product delivered does not match the description or quality mentioned on the website, you are entitled to a return/refund as per our Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights.

  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

6. Limitation of Liability

GlowCart Store shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products. We act as a retail platform; any manufacturer warranties (if applicable) are provided by the respective brand/manufacturer.

In compliance with the Information Technology Act and Consumer Protection Rules, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to handle customer complaints.

8. Governing Law
